Order Acceptance and Processing

When you place an order with HydroJug, it is subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for such actions include, but are not limited to:

Pricing errors;
Inventory shortages;
Payment verification issues;
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Orders typically require 2-4 business days to process before shipment. Shipping times vary based on your location and are estimated between 7-15 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, reflecting your order details and delivery destination.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting HydroJug customer service at itowsebastian@gmail.com. Beyond this 12-hour window, cancellation may not be possible if processing has already begun.

Returns and Refunds

HydroJug accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days after you receive your order. To qualify for return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility except when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us at itowsebastian@gmail.com to arrange return shipping and a replacement or refund.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
