HydroJug Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Requirements

HydroJug accepts return requests within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Remain suitable for inspection and resale

If items arrive without original components or exhibit signs of use or damage, they may not qualify for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned to HydroJug:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards or promotional certificates
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refund Processing Timeline

Once HydroJug receives your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete this process.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your HydroJug order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, retain all original packaging and contact us immediately at itowsebastian@gmail.com. This allows us to address your issue promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by HydroJug, or as mandated by law.

Shipping fees you pay at checkout for your original purchase cover delivery only. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated above.

Order Cancellation Policy

HydroJug allows order cancellations only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at itowsebastian@gmail.com.

Returns and Shipping Processing Timeframes

  • Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after HydroJug receives your returned package
  • New orders generally ship and deliver within 7-15 business days, varying by location and shipping method
