Once your payment is confirmed, HydroJug processes orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy seasons or promotional events.
Shipping Timeline
After processing, shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days. However, delivery times can vary depending on factors such as destination, carrier performance, weather, and other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your shipping address and order details. These fees are transparently displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this period, order processing begins and canceling your order may no longer be possible.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, HydroJug provides tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details before checking status.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
